KAITLIN MOZINGO
Marketing Coordinator
Kaitlin joins the Lanier Property Group team after seven great years working with one of the top new home builders in our area. Her extensive experience in real estate, coupled with her marketing expertise, makes her a great addition to the LPG family. Kaitlin’s organizational skills, attention to detail, and driven personality lend themselves to her new role managing all of our systems — and we have many. Plus, her ability to make things look beautiful, deep understanding of online and offline marketing, and exceptional communication skills help her make our listings, our agents, and our team shine.
Kaitlin is originally from Chicago but grew up in Cary, North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University and moved to Wilmington in 2012 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in marketing.
Kaitlin loves her Irish heritage and her ties to Chicago, which she visits annually. On this yearly trip, she and her family participate in the city’s famous St. Patrick’s Day Parade through downtown Chicago. How fun is that?!
Kaitlin is married to her wonderful husband, Jesse, and together they have two children with whom they spend most of their free time. Kaitlin and Jesse also love spending time with their in-town family members and watching their children play with their cousins. Kaitlin fully enjoys the coastal lifestyle Wilmington provides. She loves being on the water, whether sitting in the sun, floating on the Intracoastal Waterway off an island that appears only at low tide (or off a sandbar, but we like to call them islands here), or even inshore fishing.
