ABOUT KATLYN
Katlyn Hamm was born and raised in High Point, North Carolina, grew up vacationing in Coastal Carolina, and has lived in Charleston, South Carolina. Naturally, she has always loved being close to the water.
After graduating from East Carolina University with a Business Degree in Finance, Katlyn started her career in corporate America. After a few years, she decided to expand her knowledge and start practicing real estate. During her first year in real estate, Katlyn received the award of Rookie of the Year in her office. After almost three years in the Triad real estate market, Katlyn decided to plant her roots in Wilmington and has started servicing clients along the NC coast. Her biggest strength is paying close attention to detail and ensuring her client's real estate needs, as well as their personal needs, are met.
