Lisa is a native North Carolinian who has watched Wilmington grow since she moved here in 1993. ABOUT LISA
For most of us, buying or selling a home involves many big decisions. My goal is to help my clients with the process so that they are well-informed and make the best choices to meet their real estate goals. This involves a high level of familiarity with the area (I have lived in the Wilmington area since 1993), expertise in the industry (I have been a realtor since 2014) and knowing what my clients’ goals are (I am a good listener and patient). I enjoy helping people get familiar with our area. We live in a beautiful place that has lots to offer those who live here.
Clients’ success in finding a home or selling one, is my highest goal. There can be bumps along the way and there are lots of moving parts, so I do all I can to be your trusted guide and to make the process as smooth as possible. This includes having a transaction coordinator and other administrative help to keep the paperwork moving. Additionally, I have great relationships with lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and more who are experts in their fields.
Being part of both a smaller team and a larger company sets my clients up for success by giving them the very best service. I work with a small team of people called The Lanier Property Group Team, and we work under the bigger firm of Intracoastal Realty, which is the area’s largest, independently owned real estate company.
I am a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and have lived in North Carolina most of my life. I have called Wilmington, NC, home since 1993, except for a short stay in New Zealand. When I have free time, I love being with my family, taking walks or going to dinner with friends, and enjoying the beauty of our area.

GIVING BACK
We love our community and want to use our time, talent and resources to give back and invest in the place we call home. As part of the Lanier Property Group Impact Initiative each agent has chosen a non-profit to highlight and support this year. For every transaction the agent closes, Lanier Property Group Team donates $25 to their chosen charity. Many of the agents match the donation financially and donate their time to support these causes that are close to their hearts. We are proud to support our agents' interests in giving back and these unique and impactful organizations doing such good work in Wilmington and the surrounding areas.
NourishNC is a nonprofit whose mission is to “Provide healthy food to hungry children, empowering them to succeed in the classroom and in their community.” Their goal is to enhance children’s health and well-being by preventing the devastating consequences of child hunger. I’m thrilled to be able to support a cause as special as this one in making sure our community’s most vulnerable children have access to nutritious food.
