Outside work, she trains for marathons, enjoys travel with her four grown children, and shares her home with two rescue dogs, Marlena and Stella.
ABOUT TRICIA
Tricia’s path to real estate is as dynamic as her professional background. After leading her family’s company, Bennett Brothers Yachts, an internationally recognized custom yacht builder and restoration boatyard in Wilmington, she transitioned into real estate with the same entrepreneurial drive and commitment to excellence. As former President, her leadership earned her recognition as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year nominee, a testament to her vision, innovation, and ability to guide a business to success.
Having relocated from Connecticut more than 30 years ago, Tricia has experienced Wilmington’s remarkable growth firsthand. Beyond watching the market experience explosive growth, she has been deeply involved—as a business owner, property builder, and successful investor in both residential and commercial real estate. That perspective gives her clients an insider’s advantage, whether they’re relocating to the area, searching for the next perfect home, or investing in the Cape Fear region.
Passionate about the community, Tricia is actively involved with organizations such as Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity, the Big Buddy Program, Wilma’s Mentorship Program, and Homes of Hope India. When she isn’t helping clients or giving back, you will likely find her training with the Without Limits running group—logging miles through many Wilmington neighborhoods as she prepares for her next ultramarathon.
For Tricia, real estate is more than a career—it’s about helping others find their place in the vibrant, growing community she proudly calls home.

GIVING BACK
We love our community and want to use our time, talent and resources to give back and invest in the place we call home. As part of the Lanier Property Group Impact Initiative each agent has chosen a non-profit to highlight and support this year. For every transaction the agent closes, Lanier Property Group Team donates $25 to their chosen charity. Many of the agents match the donation financially and donate their time to support these causes that are close to their hearts. We are proud to support our agents' interests in giving back and these unique and impactful organizations doing such good work in Wilmington and the surrounding areas.

Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity’s vision and mission is seeking to put God's love into action, Cape Fear Habitat brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
“One of the many wonderful aspects of working with LPG is their commitment to the community. Every agent selects a non-profit that they would like to donate a portion of every sale throughout the year. Cape Fear Habitat was an easy choice for me since I have been a supporter for a number of years working on the construction sites and countlessTurkey Trots. Habitat is empowering, not only to the homeowners who work extremely hard in the program, but for all of us who work on the construction site and experience the camaraderie and power of many helping hands. Whether working with college students on their spring break or a fierce team of dedicated friends on a Women’s build, it is truly a very special experience.” - Tricia Bennett
