ABOUT VIKTORIA

Viktoria Kupka was born and raised in Germany and moved to Wilmington to pursue her tri-lingual dual degree in International Business, Marketing - Professional Selling at UNCW. She graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration and fell in love with North Carolina and its coastal lifestyle. Viktoria speaks German and English fluently and knows basic Spanish.

Viktoria’s father is a real estate professional, so she grew up around the industry and developed a passion for it, from serving clients to architecture, and interior design. During her last semester at UNCW, Viktoria pursued her real estate license while working at The Lanier Property Group on the administrative team. Working on the administrative side has provided her with a “behind the scenes” look at the processes and knowledge about our local market. Viktoria has worked closely with the Lanier Property Group agents, as well as interacting and taking care of clients.

Viktoria loves to go visit her family back in Germany and travel the world. She has been to Dubai, Cape Verde, traveled the East Coast of America and visited the majority of European countries. In her free time, she enjoys reading, relaxing by the beach, working out, being creative, and building lifelong memories with friends and family.
